Placing an Order

Order Confirmation
Customers will generally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily confirm shipment.

Order Processing
Our standard order handling time is 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer FREE standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States, without a minimum purchase requirement.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped.

We will review cancellation requests and confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
Cancellation After Payment
If a paid order is successfully canceled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after approval.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the funds.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers may request a return after delivery under our 90-day Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns are FREE and do not incur restocking fees.

Order Modifications
Customers who need to correct an address or request an order modification should contact customer support as soon as possible.

Unavailable Items
