Minimal in design and remarkable in versatility, the Excel DH is a 16-inch-wide archtop offered as an alternative to those seeking a more compact design with zero sacrifice in tone. With a 3-inch-deep body, the DH offers an exceptional blend of natural acoustic tone and humbucking power, ideal for everything from fingerstyle to rockabilly to jangling rock. Its rosewood fretboard and slim, tapered neck add to the DH's comfort, while D'Angelico Art Deco aesthetics abound.
