Whether you’re capturing landscapes, portraits, or action shots, this versatile G-series lens excels across a wide zoom range, from wide-angle to telephoto. Offering a constant F4 aperture throughout the zoom range, it provides consistent brightness and exposure, making it perfect for low-light environments and dynamic compositions.

Designed specifically for full-frame Sony E-mount cameras, the lens combines advanced optics and a robust, lightweight build. Weighing just 23.4 oz (663 grams), it's the ideal companion for mobile shooting, maintaining portability and excellent handling. The lens’s 9-blade circular aperture creates beautifully smooth bokeh, while the ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements and aspherical lens construction minimize chromatic and spherical aberrations for sharp, clear imagery.
